In a medium sauc...Hey Sweetie, I have a question. <br /><br /><b>In a medium saucepan: add the water, bullion cube & corn- cover & cook the potatoes until tender (about 15 min or so)</b><br />turn the heat down to medium low & add the corn & milk (don't drain the potatoes because the starchy water will add flavor & thickness)- mix & then add seasonings to taste (not too much, no need to overwhelm, but make sure to use plenty of salt & pepper)<br /><br />I'm confused, you say to add the corn 2x. do i add the potatoes the first time? or do i add half the corn the first time and then half the second. <br /><br />My husband saw this on your blog last night and fell in love with this recipie. I really want to make it for him but i'm afraid i'll screw it up.
